Cut from a single hide per bag, which is why the colour varies a shade between them. It is deliberately unstructured - it slumps when empty and fills out when packed, and the leather creases along the lines you give it.
Heavier than the canvas packs by about 400 g. Worth it if you want one bag for a decade.
